S.I.T.E. Association Welcomes PKR 2 Billion Infrastructure Grant and 35 MGD Recycled Water Initiative - Karachi

S.I.T.E. Association of Industry (SAI) expresses its gratitude to the Government of Sindh and the concerned authorities for releasing a PKR 2 billion grant for infrastructure development in the SITE Industrial Area. The funding will support the rehabilitation of roads and allied infrastructure, addressing longstanding challenges faced by industries, workers, and goods transport.

SAI also welcomes the inauguration of the TP-1 Wastewater Treatment Plant in Haroonabad, with its 35 million gallons per day (MGD) recycled water initiative aimed at supporting industrial water requirements while conserving freshwater for Karachi’s residents.

Through continued collaboration with the Government of Sindh and key stakeholders, SAI remains committed to improving infrastructure, enhancing connectivity, and supporting sustainable industrial growth.
